Granny & her famous bitsu bitsu

Grandma came to church today loaded with goodies: peach Bavarian cake, pumpkin pie, carrot cake and bitsu bitsu. I love her bitsu bitsu! It's basically deep fried, grated purple sweet potatoes. I always ask her for it, so she's prepared when she comes to visit. Tomorrow she's bringing some maruya =) I'm excited.
